Outdoor Fitness 

All classes will held on a weekly basis, $11/class for 50 minutes. Please note classes are weather dependent, any cancellations will be listed on the Facebook page prior to class time. Class registration is online through the club calendar for BHAC members only, please make sure to log-in to see days/times of classes offered.

Boot-Camp Circuit

This boot camp workout will test your limits and push you to the max! Boot camp exercises are meant to burn excess fat, bring out the best in you, and prove that you can do things you never thought possible. This killer boot-camp is a total body workout that is a high intensity, fast paced training session that is good for all skill levels.


Pilates

Pilates is the ability to improve posture and to develop mind-body awareness like no other workout! These sessions are personalized to help you achieve your personal fitness goals in a relaxing environment. They improve strength, flexibility, core control, coordination, balance, and posture.

Pool-Side Yogalates 

Sundays @ 9:00A with Elyssa Sardy

Experience the peaceful power of Poolside Yogalates. This fitness based, flow style Yoga/Pilates mixed class will focus on linking conscious breathing with a vigorous yet mindful flow through Yoga and Pilates poses or postures.

This class is a challenging, yet accessible class that will build upon basic movements, and also offer new and challenging variations as the class progress, allowing each participant to work at their maximum potential. The class will end with time of deep relaxation, restoration and meditation.



Elyssa is a motivated instructor who thrives on pushing her clients to reach their goals by bringing a fresh enthusiastic approach to every class and session she leads. She has earned her Pilates qualification through Balanced Body University and is a fully certified Balanced Body educator, as well as a Barre Intensity Master Teacher Trainer.  Elyssa is honored to have been chosen as a Lululemon Brand Ambassador, being recognized for her energy and work within the community.  She continually strives to heighten her understanding and approach to her work by attending continuing education workshops and training seminars.


Lisa is an enthusiastic certified workout instructor who has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. Her high energy and variety of techniques will keep you motivated throughout your training session.
